All delegate places are FREE of charge which includes entry into the exhibition, Keynote Theatre and Innovations Theatre as well as access to the meeting software to pre-arrange meetings.

To qualify as a visitor, the prospective participant must be an executive of a bank or financial institution operating within the MENA region. Technology vendors, consultants or suppliers to the financial industry may attend only as exhibitors or sponsors.

The process to register is quick and simple:

  1. Register your details with us to apply for your pass.
  2. Receive approval and confirmation of your registration from the organiser.
  3. Collect your badge upon your arrival at the venue.

Pre-Arrange Meetings at MEFTECH

We can help you find and connect with the exhibiting companies who matter the most to your bank or financial institution before the show.

Register online as a delegate and you will be automatically profiled into the Business Matchmaking Program.

Pre-register today and research the exhibitors to see what they have to offer.

Once you have pre-registered you will be added to the Business Matchmaking programme. Nearer to the event you will receive log in details and then based on your profile and areas of interest you will matched to MEFTECH exhibitors who can provide relevant services and solutions.

Our Business Matchmaking Team will then work to help you and confirm the meetings before and during MEFTECH so you can manage your time effectively.

Getting to Abu Dhabi
